As per standard Cash on Delivery (COD) rules in Pakistan, the courier company does not allow customers to open the package before making payment. This is a nationwide policy followed by all major courier services. Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.
3. Payment Before Opening
The courier company will not permit you to open or inspect the package before making full payment. This is a standard COD policy enforced by all courier companies operating in Pakistan — not a BlueFery policy.
4. Your Right to Return
You have the full right to return the package — but only after you have made the payment and acknowledged receipt of the delivery to the courier company. Once payment is confirmed, you may initiate a return or exchange request with us.
5. How to Return After Payment
If you wish to return the package after payment, please contact BlueFery immediately via WhatsApp at 0315-8972398. You will then need to ship the package back to us at your own expense for a return or exchange to be processed.
5. Do Not Force the Courier Personnel
Please do not pressure, force, or request the delivery person to open the package before payment is made. This is strictly against COD regulations in Pakistan. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
What You Can & Cannot Do
You Can:
- Pay the courier and then inspect your package
- Contact BlueFery immediately if there is an issue with your order
- Return the package after payment by shipping it back to us
- Request a refund or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy
You Cannot:
- Open or inspect the package before making payment
- Refuse delivery without making payment first
- Force or pressure the courier person to open the package
- Return the package without first notifying BlueFery
